Great location, great apartment! Was so good to have all the comforts of home available rather than staying in a cramped hotel room. The apartment was amazing, view was something else, loved coming home every night! Shower could be a little cleaner, but overall we really loved our stay and will most definitely be making this our go to accommodation whenever we are in Melbourne!!

Awesome location, close to everything.

Awesome location. Fantastic views. The apartment was perfect for my needs and stay. It was a little worn (previous rental maybe) and not as clean as I like, but I'm a fusspot. Makeup in the sink, dirty mirrors and washing machine smelly, but I'd stay again. Such a great location, and very convenient.

Good stay at southbank

Good stay, problem with our booking which was sorted out quickly, great view with decent sized rooms. Aircon worked well with the near freezing temps outside. Plenty of restaurants within 5-10min walk. Will stay again.

Good location, carparking off site - so book that in earlier if you are driving. We had apartments on floors 45 and 67, so be wary if you suffer vertigo - views were fantastic though.

Good property right in the heart of southbank. Easy transport and food options eithin walking distance. Im surprised others giving 1 star rating as my experience was 5 star. The only minor issue is that the facilities are only available for residents eg pool spa common living areas etc, but apart from that everything else was great.

A great place to stay with fantastic views walking distance to Flinders Street station, dining and casino and a reasonable walk to MCG The bed is comfortable and clean ,only thing i would say against is on a windy day you can hear the place creek if your higher up so recommended staying in a lower floor if this would be an issue and first time can be a little tricky getting keys and getting to your room but when you've done it once there's no problem i would recommend staying here

Cons:- Sofa Dirty with marks, marks all over the floor, dents in the fridge, coffee table broke. Pros: - fantastic view, close to Southbank. For the money we paid for this accommodation I expected a lot more. Very dissapointed at the state of the apartment. Wouldn't stay there again.

Couldn't get into the reception area. When we were able draw the attention of a staff member, we were advised that we need to check in about 200 metres down the road. They refused to let us leave our luggage so we were compelled to carry all our bags and luggage down the busy street. Then after we settled in, we later decided that a swim in the pool would be refreshing. But "NO" ....There is no access to non residents despite it being advertised as an amenity on Hotels.com. NO IMPRESSED!!!

Key point: don't stay here if it's windy. The building creaks and you will struggle to sleep. Check in process was painful (granted, we arrived late evening). No power points on one side of the bed. It had a lamp, but it wasn't plugged in! No hair dryer. Iron board was flakey. Most of these issues were communicated in the first 24 hours with no response on the supplied contact number. Room itself was clean and comfortable.

Our smoke alarm was hanging off its bracket and not working. The carpet in both bedrooms was heavily stained like they had used a cleaner which had then taken out the colour of the carpet. Location was excellent but the reception was not overly easy to find and when we had a problem we only had one mobile number to call. The coffee table in living room was stained. The views were amazing but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment.
