"I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family. The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...

"As far as our room trash was only emptied once in our room 1 time in three days no beds made. And ants were every where. There were ants at different times crawling on me in the bed , but I did not know it was a noted problem that they knew about. I killed those 3 ants and the I seen 2 in the shower killed those. Then went to bed and my gf. Found ants traps in the floor.this place is a very nice place and the price was good but we could have done with out the ants."

"check is at three, arrive at 2.30 was not allowed to sign in. came back at 2.50 several people waiting. guy at counter actually stepped up looks watch at watch waits a couple then started to sigh people. and during sigh in allowed people to sign in before those that had been waiting"

"Staff were amazing but the up keep of the property was poorly kept. Room door would lock you out. Bath tub would fill and take long to empty. Bathroom sink leaked. Dividing door was broke, long with mold around the windows."

"Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug."

"It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it."

"The hotel is faceless. We somehow learnt that when we teached there at 2 am and were hunting for reception(which doesn’t exist). The room number and access code were sent out in an sms which was sitting in my unknown folder. I would have preferred an email on the same. The priperty is nice and convenienly located. But its a very small property Breakfast - for the hefty price, you get a a grab and go breakfast which was not below par. There is no one to talk to in the restaurant to refill...

"The night shift check in girl was pleasant that's about it for this property. The images of this place are false advertisement. Dirty and run down every inch. Parking too tight and people roaming around all night, felt unsafe and try to make the room as secure as possible. Elevator appears and acts to be on its last leg. I feel Expedia should refund us for this stay. Waste of money"
