"Spacious room. Great staff, nice upscale hotel. It's a bit far from the city center and not a lot of dining options right by the hotel. Need to walk to get to better choices. About 25 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio bridge, and about the same to the Duomo to give a better idea of location. If you don't mind the location I would definitely recommend a stay here"

"We are frequent travelers and wanted to be somewhere within walking distance to the Termini station. Within 8 minutes on foot we were at the front door and were awed by the staff's attention to detail and personal touch. Everywhere place we went, from the Hotel's restaurant to the front desk at any time of the day, the Hotel staff knew our names and about our stay. We ordered a box lunch as we had an early plane departure, and each of the 10 euro "box lunches" was enough food for 3 people. ...
