"It was a great hotel. We were eatly for the check in and the staff offered ys voffee and snacks and a place to relax. Also the breakfast which was extra was one of the best we had. It included a woderful srlecrion of breads, charcuterie and home baked goods as well as freshly squeezed juice."

"Very close to Roma Termini, which made getting from the airport to the hotel quick and easy. There are plenty of diverse restaurants nearby, offering a great variety of food options. Reaching the main attractions was simple too, thanks to the hotel's proximity to both the A and B subway lines. The rooms had a charming, antique feel and offered plenty of space."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
