"Great breakfast and excellent location"

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"I went to H 10 Barcelona on a solo 50th birthday celebration. I was looking for a beautiful hotel to give me the full Gothic quarter experience. I read over reviews of many hotels and lots of solo travelers raved about his hotel and how friendly the staff was. I believe I let them know. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le métro est à quelques coins de rue ce qui est très pratique."

"We liked the uniqunenish of the property. The staff were amazing. Had some issues with the drain and they were quickly fixed. What we didn’t like was how small and craned the room was and the bathroom didn’t have a counter big enough to hold your toiletries. Balcony was cool overlooking the square and the windows kept the noise out. Disappointed that we could just have coffee and toast in the morning. Had to order a full buffet break or nothing."
