"Gorgeous, space-efficient rooms and super comfortable beds. Delicious room service! ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you needed any assistance, they were on it. We had a family emergency at one point on our trip and the staff were so accommodating. The location was also phenomenal as you were two blocks away from the main shopping, several pharmacies on the same block, as well as mini marts/grocery stores. Will definitely be back. "

"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"My only regret is not staying here longer! The hotel is absolutely stunning! The staff was friendly, the room was great. The amenities are amazing. The area near by is okay. Not many great restaurants options but we did find a tapas bar around the corner we liked. The beach is walking distance. "
