"Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family. "Good comfortable bed and spacious room/suite. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Not so good, allocated wrong room type, corrected when raised with the hotel. Correct room had very obvious damage which no attempt had been made to repair, when raised was told no other rooms available with an apology."
