"I didn't stay. I never got sent check in instructions (code for the door etc) they never answered my messages and they didn't answer the phone. Absolute scam. Do not book this. Had to fork out for an emergency Travelodge "

"We stayed only the one night arrived late and left early. We we made to feel very welcome on arrival. The room was excellent-clean and well presented. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back in the future"

"The carpet floor in our room needed cleaning. When I had arrived I had explained briefly to the receptionist that I'm here for my mum's funeral the two nights I stayed at this hotel I couldn't sleep well . I then had try to get over my mum's funeral. I needed rest before I start my long journey back home to Suffolk. I Sadly left I hour and thirty minutes later leaving my room by not leaving by 11.am.I went to the reception to explain my situation regarding my bereavement of my loss of my mum. I had no sympathy from the reception when I left and I had to pay a late search charge of £10.00 not happy."
