I highly recommend this place in his family friendly it is in front of the water yet extremely safe and quiet during bedtime. "Getting to the hotel and checking in was quite fast. The only complaint I have about the check in is that they only had 1 bed rooms available. We had requested 2 queen beds when we booked the reservation. Because of the delay we had to go through, we agreed to take the one bed. Overall the property is well maintained and the staff are helpful. My young children really enjoyed the shallow pool. The location of the hotel is also a plus. I will consider staying at the same hotel if I come back to Mazatlán in the future."
