"Good"

"Clean room and nice accommodations but not to the standards that I would expect from HR. Several worn areas and bathroom was just meh. Bottom of tub/shower felt like you were going to go through it and very small. Definitely needs some TLC to bring it to normal expectations. Pool area and dining areas were very nice with nice views. No private access to beach and beach is public. While I was standing watching the surfers I happen to look down and I was standing over a homeless man sleeping on his stomach with his pants pulled down! Very busy area on the main road so very loud outside ocean front room until about 2am. So good, but not great. "

"Clean room, staff was very friendly, toilet handle kept sticking. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room instead of having to go to the second floor. Electric tea kettle that I requested was plastic(not good) instead of metal. "

"Fantastic location if I’m you have kids, calm lagoon, surfing waves, snorkeling and sunbathing are all stuff that can be accessed right at the beach across from hotel. Busy happening area the skyline view at night and sunrise over diamond head were awesome. Staff were all great. Also great food all right by hotel and 10 minute beach walk to a huge mall. The hotel was a solid 5 star"

"My Expedia clearly stated that I covered all fees but upon arrival I was slapped with an over 500$ resort fee to even get my room key. It’s 70$ a day to park a car in the garage. The photos of the room I booked and the hotel room i was given were vastly different. My room was very outdated. Otherwise staff and food were amazing. "

"The entire stay was lovely. I would comment soley on the fact that there is not enough seating at the pool and that the outlets in the rooms did not hold the plugs and everything kept falling out. "

"Staff was friendly throughout my stay and hotel was clean. Hotel Is renovated with nice rooms along with being In a decent location. Recommend this hotel for solo traveler’s and families. The staff Is wonderful and hotel was wonderful. "
