"Well maintained hotel. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning crew was outstanding. Easy access to the T. Within walking distance of Quincy Market. There were a couple of broken door handles in the room but nothing too big. Valet parking on the more expensive side. Suggest not bringing a vehicle if necessary. "

"The hotel it self was great. The room was just the right size and the amenities including the ipad control was a nice touch. Our view was amazing but we did pay for the premium view (Mass Ave reccomended). There was an issue on the second night of our stay where the ipad stopped operating our television, and the provoded remote also didn't work. The phone app worked okay but its one bummer about tying evetrything into the ipad is when is when it breaks, it kind of bricks the whole room. Food...
