"The staff right from check in were incredibly warm and friendly, and stayed that way throughout our stay. I know they are working on a complete overhaul of the property so things weren't exactly 100% during our stay but that was fine. We had an issue a couple of nights with loud neighbors keeping us awake but both times the front desk shut it down quickly with no issues."

"Excellent experience. Friendly staff, very clean hotel, daily housekeeping, check-in/out easy. Everything is in the vicinity in walking distance including the harbour. Only valet parking at the hotel. If you want to find your own parking, there are cheaper options in parking garages very close. We used the valet for the 5 days we were there. Very good experience, highly recommended hotel. "

"Great location cute room. Clean and comfortable. Just keep in mind that it is a walk up - I was on the sixth floor which I didn’t mind - but it is something to consider if stairs are difficult for you. "
