"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"We had an amazing stay at The T. The hotel was spotless in every sense, but the highlight were the staff. The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful, in addition to being extra attentive to all our needs. We have stayed at hotels in different countries, but the level of service we received here was incomparable. A very special thanks to Kenji. We left our phone in a cab to the hotel. Unfortunately, the cab driver wasn't willing to drive back or provide an address for us to collect the phone....

"The lady who checked usbin was super friendly and so was the housekeeper we ran into in the elevator. The room was spacious with all amenities for a comfortably stay. The property is now our hotel each time we pass through Hong Kong."
