Room is very spacious. However when I first arrived, there was a puddle of rusty water next to the toilet. The staff was responsive to show up but they only placed some floor mat to soak up the water and covered up the stain. They did compliment me with some free water but not sure if they ever fixed the leak.
One of the reason I reserved this hotel was to enjoy the harbor view. When I woke up in the morning and opened up the curtain after checking in late at night, the expansive view of the harbor was tainted by streaks of dirt on the large exterior glass. It was a major disappointment in my books. The hotel should be rated between three to four stars.
The staff was polite but interestingly replying in English consistently while I spoke in Cantonese. I eventually spoke to her in English instead. Never had I that experience anywhere else that the staff does not match my preferred language.
