Swissôtel Makkah
We had a great experience at swissotel Makkah. Check in/ out was super easy. The staff was courteous and cleaning was spot on. Distance to the haram was admirable. Love it. Will come back again Insha Allah with Almighty’s permission.

Emirates Grand Hotel
Room floor was not clean. Amenities like soap aren't usable. Elevators take long. Floor feels unhygienic. Check-in staff untrained. No request is fulfilled. Waste of top location.
