"The hotel is slightly over price, the room doesn’t provide toilet amenities, have to call them to request. And find out they basically don’t have shower cups in the hotel. These is the first time a hotel doesn’t provide an important and a basic toilet amenities.. "

"My son loved all the activists as he jet skied, when to swim with the dolphins and did the water park. He love eating Infront of the fish tanks. The staff were excellent and so was the room. The hotel has to be a 7 stars. The balcony from the room was breath taking as we were on the 15th floor. The room was to die for. One of the best I have stayed in and I have been many places and in many rooms for work."

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Clean and modern room with amenities for our baby daughter. Hotel and surrounding grounds are very clean and well kept. Everything is walkable but there are plenty of buggy’s to drive you around when in a rush. Lots of fantastic restaurants and bars. All staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay, we will be back "

"The room was lovely and clean, the staff were all amazing, very helpful, attentive and all spoke excellent English which was really good as we only know a little Arabic. The facilities were great and we loved the beach & bar. Did get very busy at the weekends so we didn't manage to get a beach lounger but lots around the pool and surrounding areas. The Belgium Cafe was also packed out at the weekend and we hadnt booked a table so had to sit inside which wasn't quite the same. Ate at some of...
