"If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. "Very clean and convenient, nice that it was past the main part of town opposite side of city from vernacular which made it quiet but close. ( there is a nearby shuttle, or a 15 minute walk with bags…). The hotel gives you a feel that you are staying in a room of a castle. "

"This was an EXCELLENT stay!! We had a private apartment suite. It included a full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 rooms. I didnt realize the size of it when we booked, it was just me and my husband. The staff was so friendly and guided us to the best parts of the city. 15 minute walk from the funicular. You can take the bus from the station of you prefer, 5 minute walk from the duomo. Whple trip was bsolutely stunning!!!! Highly recommend this hotel"
