"Upon checking into room we had 2 dirty socks laying on floor by bed, and then we find 2 more dirty crusty socks in closet. Someone got sick in pool and took from 6:30-10:30 too clean then next day still had someone working on something. My kids were very disappointed. Overall there are a lot better casinos/hotels too stay at. We only stayed for arcade and pool but arcade stole 20 dollars which we didn’t get back and room wasn’t all the way clean at all. Shower doors had smudges and prints, mirror was dirty, and dirty socks found by bed and closet like laying in the open "

"Cleanest hotel I've ever been in! Front lobby was always swept and moped. Smelled clean, not old and musty like most hotels. Problem was how staff made us feel. I had 3 children with me, but they are very wèll behaved. We were in town visiting my son that was there for work and was registered in a differnt hotel down the street. Every time we would come and go, we were questioned/accused of which guests were actaully staying there. I was uncomfortable, feeling like I was being watched and judged. Also, I was told there was a $200 deposit, when I said I would go somewhere else, he used my card and just took $100 deposit. Then refused to give me a receipt stating that I dont get one with 3rd party booking. I explained I wanted one for the deposit....he just told me "not to worry". Hopefully hes true to his word and I get the deposit!"

"The stay was great, clean room, nice amenities. $200 will be held on hold from your bank or credit card account as a deposit upon check in. It will NOT be reversed upon checkout as was told by front desk. “Oh yeah, it’ll go right back there tomorrow when you check out!”. Not just a card on file for incidentals. I think this should be more clear. It wasn’t an issue for me, but people should be aware of how this ACTUALLY works. Honesty goes a long ways. While the room and everything else was great, there was a great degree of mistrust caused."
