This was actually one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in years . I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. There was nothing that I even enjoyed bc the pool was freezing! Front desk person was not hospitable to end my review.

Our bathroom shower was so gross - horribly rundown - mildew, stained tiles, etc. The bathroom door wouldn't even close. There was a fine layer of dust on the surfaces throughout the room.

Two of the lights in my room didn’t work, so I got behind the nightstand to check if it was plugged in - only to find that everything behind the night stand was coated in dust & crumbs. (Also - it was plugged in, just not working) There was rust visible on the doorframe of the bathroom (it appeared to have been painted over several times) and water damage on the ceiling tiles. The room was musty upon entry.

The staff at the hotel where exceptionally great we had troubles on our trip up there and it was like 4 am when we finally got checked in was a wonderful experience checking in and the next morning when we checked out he called me by my first name and thanked us for staying with them if i am ever back in that area i will definitely stay jere again

We were there for my son’s birthday, had everyone upset because it was terribly cold to go swimming. Had to pull my 6 year old out of pool twice so I could take him to shower for warm water because his lips and around lips were blue from being so cold in the pool. Asked to see if they could warm pool area and we don’t know if he tried but it was freezing the entire time. Went and bought a thermometer to check temp- 62 degrees. Also pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night so kids were upset about that as well. Terrible experience.

First, I want to commend the staff for friendly service. It is clear this hotel is locally owned and operated. I felt safe and cared for as a solo female traveler. I did not partake in the breakfast but it looked good and included a lot of items for a small hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. A highlight I want to include: I left a raincoat in the closet upon discharge. I called right away and they made a plan for mailing it to me, no problem at all. I would highly recommend this hotel if traveling in the area.

Very disappointing

When you walk through the front door there is a noticeable musty smell. The cement is cracked and weeds adorn the signage and landscaping. A sign was post on the computer “No Rooms Available” when I arrived at 10:30. I rang a button for assistance. The gentleman came out of a side room to check me in and was pleasant. Upon entering my room, the light switch inside the door did not turn on any lights so you had to go over to the table lamp in order to see. The room was musty and had what appeared to be mold on the carpet. I was so tired so I took pictures to show in the morning. The gentleman said it was carpet deodorizer but truly it was gross. He said he would clean it up. I went ahead and had a 5 night stay since I was only in the room a few hours each night to sleep otherwise I would have requested a refund and left for cleaner accommodations.
