"Hotel well located but I experienced a broken aircon (at least they'd left a fan) which later leaked when repaired. Missing room items, example only tea not coffee, hand lotion no shampoo. I could hear other guests in their rooms and I'm sure they then could hear me. The one-man check in clerk on duty for first 2 days was too busy to make eye contact or leave position to assist with guests storing on bags. Wifi in room also patchy."

"The staff made us feel exceptionally welcome. We arrived early on a Sunday morning and though our room was not ready (nor did we expect it to be!) we were offered a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, tea). After a long international flight and customs line, this was such a treat. The front desk texted once our room became available (bags already delivered to our room!) and was always ready with an umbrella due to the rainy weather. Our room was quite spacious and exquisitely decorated. Delightful! The yummy toiletries provided were much appreciated. Such an oasis from which to explore the local area. And the breakfast was the best we experienced during our 2 weeks in France. Truly a memorable stay in Paris! Well done!"

"The location was perfect the yard was beautiful the rooms were clean but old with olg furniture that could but very charming for some but definitely not for my wife The breakfast was very moderate "

"Lynn on front desk was friendly and helpful! Her English saved me trying my very limited French! Location was quiet and enjoyed the local cafes and other places.. Walked to everthing we wanted t see.. Room is very small in comparison to North American standards but beds were comfy!"
