Booked Hotel Baia based on location reviews and yep, most definitely the best for Cascais if you want to be within walking distances of the beaches, restaurants and shopping! Rooms are a bit out dated and need a bit more attention to some cleaning, but we didn't spend much time in our room so it was not that bothersome. The breakfast included was FANTASTIC! Definitely not your standard continental breakfast, by North American standards any way! Covered indoor pool...

"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"
