"Great location within 2 minute walking distance to the center of everything but far enough away from any noise. Professional, polite & curteous staff willing to assist with any need. "Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

"Our garden room with terrace was lovely and spacious but the carpet had a few stains on it and a section of the carpet had started to fray. The staff were all very pleasant and very attentive. We stayed in March of this year when the weather was extremely hot but unfortunately the outdoor pool was not open.
