"No water pressure in the hotel whatsoever! We were on the third floor (2xfamily room) and neither room had pressure. We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do. "The staff made this stay exceptional. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, Check-in was smooth, and throughout our stay the team was professional, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of.

"Lovely one night stay at Quebecs. Super friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful even on a hot Friday night in Leeds Centre.
Sadly breakfast didn't start until 8am on weekend so missed out and this is my only issue.

"Was jumping in shower noticed no shampoo/conditioner or body wash anywhere in room, called front desk, took almost 1/2 hour to bring it to room.
Called for room service for breakfast while I packed and worked and was told they are not doing room service because restaurant was busy with pre-paid breakfast guests.
Asked for a late checkout 45 mins to 1hr max.. said fine but would charge me for it."
