毎日のバスタオルの交換なしアメニティ無し バスマットの交換なし部屋の掃除は自分でする ホテルのサービスは最低であった 料金の割には内容が伴っていなかった 二度と利用はしない

コンドミニアム内のいくつかのユニットを貸し出しているスタイルということが到着後判明。こちらから業者に電話連絡しないとチェックインができないシステム。当初システムが分からず業者が到着するまで信じられないような人数 (53階建てビルで学生らが何百人も出たり入ったり）がいるロビーで30分近く待たされる羽目に。宿泊施設の案内にチェックインの 仕方など内容を記載すべき。
