"I have stayed at this hotel before. It is so convenient to Piccadilly train station. It is undergoing refurbishment right now but this diodnt affect my stay, except for the view of scaffolding from the restaurant. The rooms are large and comfortable. I enjoyed the bathtub provided. The bar staff and reception and the diningroom staff were very friendly,.I have already booked my next stay"

"Lovely experience. No early check-in (was 3pm as stated online). Breakfast was lovely. Room spacious and clean. Toiletries (shampoo. conditioner, shower gel) good quality and were full. Had bath and shower. Can use spa facilities, just need to book at check in. Close to city centre, lots to do, great food finds and shopping! Drive to Trafford centre was 15mins. Parking cost £30 for 24hrs at NCP. Overall would stay again"

"Fantastic hotel and great location. Top floor view was spectacular too. Only downside of being so high up was lifts were very slow. Super convenient having a kitchen with high quality appliances, pans etc. I think more cleaning supplies should be provided (perhaps a spray for the kitchen side or some surface wipes). Also some instructions for the microwave too (couldnt figure out if it had an oven function or just grill) Lovely fresh milk bottles provided in the fridge, but a free non-dairy...

"Obviously new, very clean, facilities excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Convenient for events at Etihad / Co-op. But - Expedia - you need to update your info. There is no parking at this hotel - you're at the mercy of local car parks, and dropping off if you arrive by car is not easy either. The hotel is right on the ring road with no car access at all."

"The hotel is in a great location, new and rooms are very spacious and adequate. Breakfast was also good. The only issue my colleague and I had is that both of our bathroom sinks jammed, my colleague reported and was offered a different room and mine was right before check out anyway and they did apologise "
