"There is a gym available in the basement, but you can only use it when there is a class going on. This wasn't clearly stated anywhere. The room is cold. I turned the heating right up to 27, but it was still mild at best. The hot water from the communal hot drink machine was not hot. Therefore I could not make a cup of tea when I arrived. I fancied a hit chocolate at around 11pm but the guy at the bar couldn't help and said it had nothing to do with him. The customer service was poor. The...

"I asked for a quiet area and I got that. Love the fact there’s a nespresso machine in the room as I love my coffee. Room clean. Tv was great to pair with my phone to watch Netflix etc. loved the shower gel/shampoo brand in the bathroom. I like the fact that there’s air conditioning in the room. Could hardly hear any outside traffic/noise."

"Another hotel owned by a corporation with zero empathy or understanding for human life. Had to leave early due to a medical issue with my son, front desk told me to contact Expedia (fair as the booking was with them). Expedia contacted hotel reservations who refused to refund or credit the account. Heartless, mass-capitalist companies like this are the problem with the world. Go spend your money at small hotels that actually care about people."

"Three night stay. Clean, well-appointed, modern hotel. Room was quiet, very well equipped, cleaned each day, and had efficient air conditioning. Location was good to explore the vibrant Ancoats area and a 10-15 minute walk from Piccadilly and the Northern Quarter, although not in the centre of the city. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is located by the city center, walkable distance to Chinatown and downtown Manchester. The two bedrooms layout of the apartment is very accessible.
