"We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch. "Very close distance from airport, about a 7 min drive w/no traffic. Had a really long layover and picking the Hyde was the best choice we made. Everything is in walking distance."

"Love this hotel. Steven a bell hop was extremely friendly helpful and warm welcoming. After waiting a hour for uber at the cruise line pick up in the hot humidity, then struggled to get bag out of uber up to side walk it was refreshing to see Steven run from the front desk to the down the hall to grab our bags. The staff in general were really nice and resourceful. Definitely making this our permanent destination hotel!!!!"
