"Loved this property! Amazing all around."

"I’m disappointed with the level of service during my visit. Several staff members were not welcoming or attentive. From the moment we arrived, there was no acknowledgment, we had to approach staff outside just to ask for assistance. One response we received was, “You need help(after we asked🙄😒)?” which felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve once inside. There was little to no eye contact, and the staff member assisting us appeared visibly annoyed...

"When I walked in to check in the guy asked me to wait b/c they were changing shifts. I nicely sat down, to wait. Another gentleman came and needed to check in and waited in front of the desk. Instead of waiting on me first he front desk guy helped the gentleman. I walked up where they were and the gentleman had to remind the front desk guy that I was there first."

"Loved the area, unit, and amenities - would stay here again! Would have been nice to have a brita filter as to not drink tap water or buy water during my stay. Everything else was perfect. Thank you!"

"Lovely apartment located in the heart of Midtown, next door to supermarkets, stores, and several restaurants. The apartment itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I traveled with my husband and infant daughter and had a great stay here."

"The room was nice and the staff were very nice. The location works well as it is close to cruise ports and not far from the airport. There is not much in the immediate area, but not far to get to several nice restaurants, etc. Biggest downside (and only one we noted) was that it is next to the Expressway and there is a lot of road noise all night."

"Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums.
