"Francisco was an excellent host and very helpful and spoke excellent English which was super helpful for this gringo for getting around town. The location was good with close proximity to everything. I think it might be unadvisable to walk the neighborhood at night, but I ended up walking back at 1am and all was fine. Everything was clean and fresh. Complimentary breakfast provided. The price can't be beat! Couldn't ask for more for a place to stay for a few nights in Santiago."

The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro."

"Wonderful hotel in a great/safe area with the national park on your door step as well as the Costenera Tower and shopping centre 15 min walk away. The hotel served a lovely breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful and happy to hold your bags after checkout. The rooftop pool was a welcome cooldown after walking around all day and was a lovely area to relax in the evenings with amazing views. Our room was spacious and comfortable. "This is the wierdest stay of this level that I may have ever had. The location is amazing. The staff is nice. The breakfast is good. Bedss are fine. But the bathroom... The bathroom is a DISTASTER. There is ONE light in the hallway (!) that goes for hallway, shower and toilet... and there's a transparent piece of plastic between that and the bed. If that were not enough, the tiles in toilet and shower are black. It's like being in a bunker. When using the sink, the light is above your head...

"Traveled with family (teenagers). The hotel was comfortable and staff were very responsive and friendly, (specially Yohans). Breakfast was good but not comparable to other high end resorts we have visited. Hotel location was central but not as walkable as other parts of the city (Bellavista etc). Rooms were comfortable but your expectations will decide the level of luxury. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Staff were the highlight. "
