Cleaning staff very pleasant but room cleaning and supplies were sporadic. Front desk staff doesn't really go out of their way to help you. Pool is freezing. Santiago is beautiful and the hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

We booked this hotel pre-cruise as it was the hotel used by the cruise line for guests. We found the people (front desk, wait staff and housekeeping) to be friendly and outgoing. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the Lobby Bar was convenient for grabbing a meal or a snack. Word of advice, the pizza is large enough for two. The room was clean, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is readily available along with a body cream

Great stay at the Sheraton SCL

I came for a Congress atbthe hotel The room was big, very comfortable. The service was great. The hotel is near two great shopping centers, so that was nice as I did not have time to go to the city centers. Plenty of nice restaurants in a walking distance. I would love to gome back !!

A wonderful stay near Immaculate Conception

A beautiful hotel and pool area. Wonderful rooms with all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Food and beverage service was great. The concierge told us about getting to the Immaculate Conception and the Japanese Garden that were nearby.
