"Totalmente decepcionante … Si bien en la página dice aceptar mascotas, se aleja totalmente de lo pet friendly. El fee por mascota no está actualizado en las páginas (dice 75, en otro lugar 85 y finalmente fue 95 dólares) Al llegar te informan que la mascota no puede acceder al lugar del desayuno…cosa que no se especifica en NINGÚN lugar de la página web. Qué sentido tiene pagar un lugar para la mascota, si no puede acceder a la zona más básica del hotel que es el sector del desayuno?? Te dicen...

"Sehr gute Lage, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit einem zweiten Ausgang zu einer Hauptstraße, in der Umgebung gute Verkehrsanbindung und auch ein großes Angebot an Gastronomie, Nähe zur Seilbahn. Sehr guter Service am Front desk, ein für mich sehr gutes Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Danke. "

Breakfast was good but not comparable to other high end resorts we have visited. Hotel location was central but not as walkable as other parts of the city (Bellavista etc). Rooms were comfortable but your expectations will decide the level of luxury. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Staff were the highlight. "

"The hotel was close to all the city attractions including the Japanese gardens, we really enjoyed the hospitality and the kindness of the front staff. They helped coordinate shuttle service from the airport and also the breakfast was very appetizing, i enjoyed this hotel!"

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are up to date and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price. Location in Providencia is near Tobalaba metro station, shopping at Costanera and MUT shopping centers, and several excellent independent restaurants."

"Really caring and nice staff, the rooms were up to date and very clean and comforting. They went out of their way to help kids feel comfortable by setting up teepees and tents. Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!"

"Hotel se aprecia mejor en las fotos que en la realidad, priorizan espacios como terrazas y restaurant para eventos que huespedes. Aseo habitacion tarde, volvi a las 16:00 hrs y aún no realizaban limpieza, recepcion poco empatica, no hay estacionamiento fuera ni para recogida..no volvería.."
