It’s totally a complete package … The complimentary coffee was so refreshing for the start of the day… Ample of paid parking facility with easy check in and check out any time of the day. Please provide some ceramic plates, the only trouble faced during the stay.. Rating 9.5/10 "

"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"This was one of the most amazing experiences we had while in Australia! The breakfast was amazing, they had a buffet and you could also order from their menu. We had a koala in a tree right outside our room! The retreat gave us a pass to come and go freely within the wildlife park, and it is quite expansive. We took a night time tour where we got to see animals we would not have gotten to see during the day, and also took a behind the scenes tour during the day where we saw various wallabies and...
