That they are clearly proud to work there is evident in their enthusiasm for telling us the history of the building and how perfectly located it is for seeing some of Florence's famous sites. "We loved this hotel. The room was lovely and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. The people were so nice. The breakfast was good and quaint. There is no elevator and there are two flight of stairs to get to the hotel, however upon arrival, the staff carried our suitcases up and when checking out, the staff carried our suitcases down the stairs. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel, close enough to the action but far enough away to get away from it after a long day in the city. Great room and balcony. All freshly remodeled and well maintained. My only complaint was the hours of the spa and pool, really didn't get a chance to use either because we were out early and home late. Other than that we had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious."

It is located only steps from the Duomo and 1/2 a block from the Tram that takes you to the Florence Airport. Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful at communication, and was very accommodating when we travelled into Florence and met us to give us the key. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to see the wonders of Florence."
