"Amazing apartment with perhaps the largest in-room jacuzzi tub I've ever seen! Shower in 2nd bath was one of the best showers (rain shower) I've experienced. However, it was billed as a 2BR apartment & the 2nd BR was a den with a pull-out couch - which was not advertised as such. In the end, though, that didn't matter."

"The location and the size! Very spacious! The only negative is there are no paper towels or napkins and to type of cups. Theyhave many ways to make coffee and tea but nothing to drink it out of."

"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building. The murals on the ceiling are so beautiful the rooms are just stunning I will 1000000% re-book this room when I come back to Florence "
