"Clean room, good location. My only feedback is better English instructions for the luggage storage room. We ended up contacting the virtual help desk who sorted us out in 5 minutes. "Spotlessly clean and very conveniently located. My first time staying in a hotel like this. The bed was very comfortable and there is space under it for your suitcase which means climbing up into the bed—a little challenging after a long day of walking around. The cubby was very warm at night. The other guests were very considerate but inevitably there is some noise; I would suggest earplugs. All that being said: it was comfortable, safe, very clean, convenient and a good value. I would absolutely stay again."
