There are amenities that I could not take advantage of, but I seen the facilities such as the pool and the gym. They were clean and secure. There was one small issue with noisy neighbors but security came and handled the issue very quickly. I would recommend Barceló. "

"This place should not be in the hotel category, it is definitely not a hotel, this is a Hostel/Motel. This place is nothing like the pictures show. Rooms smell bad and dirty. One of the rooms we booked wasn’t ready, we found the bed messy and smelled very bad. The toilet in my room was dirty, with hairs floating in the water. The experience at this place was awful. We check out the morning after check in. That morning we showered with cold water. "
