Upon arrival they great you with friendly smile, front desk personnel very helpful making sure everything goes smoothly. Have stayed several times and never a disappointment, rooms very clean staff excellent. This is the place to stay for premium quality without paying to much.

All great but when I bought I was promised free breakfast for two and free parking. I was told at the reception that I did not have either, and I had to fight it out with Orbitz myself. Took me forever to find a phone number when I did finally find the phone number yes I was helped, but I was only given breakfast for one. The reception did not help me at all even though I had my emails. They told me there was nothing that they could do. I realize this is not the fault of the receptionist however it was an inconvenience to me. Took an extra hour and a half out of my day. Other than that, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. The hotel is fantastic and yes, for sure I will stay again.
