Very good facility located at the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and bars downstairs, as well as a grocery store. Very closed to metra and train station as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back when visiting Madrid in the future.

Great location

After a slight challenge in finding the place, our stay was great. The location is really good because it's basically walking distance to everything in central Madrid. You're steps away from Gran Via and Puerta del Sol. It's also very comfortable due to the size of the unit compared to hotels.

We stayed for 1 week & enjoyed our 1st floor Dalia Suite. The exterior is very cute, being covered with foliage. Suite was spacious, had robes slippers, umbrellas (& being late Oct. it did rain a lot). Bed very comfortable. Great location, as you are in the middle of the city with tons of amazing food/beverage/late night options within walking distance. My fiancƩ and I felt safe walking back late at night, but would not recommend to do it alone. The city is large but Ubers/Bolts were very inexpensive & accessible. Would stay here again!

This property is all about location, we enjoyed being on the center of Madrid, we were able to go to so many destinations walking, and then return to our apartment to rest a little bit in the afternoon and then continue the exploring later afternoon and night. It is in the center of a big city so you will hear city noises. Also, they should improve their internet service and the apartment needs some LTC. However, you have a washing machine available that fitted well with our luggage plan, and again, the location is PRIME, it also has a super easy access to metro.

The rooms here are absolutely amazing. The layout of the rooms along with decor feels very luxury. It was also very clean, 10/10 on that front. My issue is with the noise from the street. You are in the middle of a shopping and dining square and it is quite noisy. I thought it would quiet down after midnight when restaurants close, but all through the early morning it was noisy with passersby, restaurants packing equipment etc. Very hard to get a good nightā€™s rest considering.

Pros: Clean, location. Cons: Sinking mattress. Property is right in front of pub. Too noisy so forget about getting any sleep. Soundproofing is nonexistent. Was at Hotel Montera across the street for 2 nights after this hotel but there, you canā€™t hear any noise. Now that is what I call soundproofing so property manager saying itā€™s inevitable is just an excuse.

Great apartment hotel on center of Madrid

This is a great apartment hotel in the middle of central Madrid. The property is marketed as an apartment because of its ample space, but with daily housekeeping service it very much feels like a hotel. The only reason for not giving it the highest rating is because of the noise especially on weekends until 5-6 AM. Of course this isnā€™t the hotelā€™s fault and with it being in such an amazing location you just have to choose whether itā€™s worth it for you. At least there is no music blaring, just the sound of pedestrians (and drunk people after a certain time). The other minor issues was antsā€¦we had quite a few of them I think probably driven from the beautiful bushes that line the external windows. In summary, I would definitely stay at this hotel again because of the location close to everything but my wife probably would not.

The Noisy Garden

The location was convenient and very central. The room was very modern and clean and the view from the room was also nice. The biggest problem was the noise. The room was very noisy and loud from the people outside. It seemed like the windows were made of paper or plastic film since they did not dampen the voices from outside whatsoever. The other problem was they could not provide me with a receipt at checkout for whatever reason. Strange. The total the clerk wrote for me on a piece of a brochure was much less than what I was charged by my credit card. The hotel is very nice looking from the outside as well.

Donā€™t stay if you care about sleep!

Donā€™t stay here if your plan is to sleep. The rooms are really nice, but the check in process is way overdrawn (itā€™s ā€˜onlineā€™ but takes 3x as long as the place I stayed in the next day)ā€¦but the noise is absolutely mad. Itā€™s basically like sleeping in the street - but arguably worse. We both tried to wear noise cancelling headphones (which arenā€™t designed to wear in bed) and it still didnā€™t block the noise out. You canā€™t blame a hotel in a city centre for people being loud on the street - but advertise it fairly and insulate the rooms is a bare minimum expectation! We have stayed in city centre hotels in dozens of cities and this is by far the loudest. Next time, Iā€™ll book a nightclub.

The property is a good space and the dĆ©cor is modern. It is very central and mins from metro and shops. However, it has not been maintained very well. The bed needs to be changed; it has been used too often. The towels are ripped, so is the bed sheet. Shower faucets donā€™t have a cover and one is missing a bolt. The lights by the bed missing glass covers. Most importantly the refrigerator doesnā€™t work. The property manager said no one complained before! Basically, you canā€™t keep any food in the house. In addition, the information folder for the apartment is empty! I had to call the property manager to figure out what the check out process is. The description on Expedia is not accurate. There is no daily house keeping, which is kind of understandable for an apartment building; but there are no vacuum or a good broom to clean the floor. The owner either started to use a new property manger (which doesnā€™t know how to communicate effectively with tourists), or decided to only provide the minimum amenities possible. This was the worse experience we had in an apartment and we do travel multiple times each year. Do not recommend the place in the current shape.
