I especially want to praise one of the staff members, Ashwaq — she was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout my stay.
From the moment I checked in, she made sure everything was perfect with our room and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. She looked after us so well and had such a sweet and friendly face that instantly made us feel welcome.

The property is very modern and has great interior design, the staff were great & friendly . The 2 towers were a bit confusing but I got the hang of after walking in a maze a couple of times. The shuttle service to the Haram was excellent and convenient. The room service food quality is 1 thing I did not like as well as the club lounge food (the soup was cold on both occasions) despite telling room service to give the soup extra heating, it still came cold (Harira Morrocan Soup) and over priced.
The partial view of the Kaabah was very partial and I could barely see anything So honestly the charge for the view was somehow exaggerated.

The only downside was that in the room we couldn’t hear the adhaan, which was something we had in hotels on the other side of the masjid.
