"They don’t provide water bottles daily Just the first day, I requested for housekeeping, and they never showed up. I had to ask for towels daily and toilet paper. Other than that, it was a good experience about 10 minutes from the haraam. I uber it back and forth."

"The place was nice overall, but the iron and washing machine feel very outdated—like 1980s technology (we had the same ones when I was a kid!). There are modern top-loading washing machines available now that are much better, more user-friendly for guests, and actually cheaper than the current one. A steam iron would also be a great upgrade. Need taxi to get,nothing close."

"Very bad check in. My reservation was in Rawdah but the stuff said it was sold out. So I need to go to other bulding that was not neer. I needed to take a taxy to go there. After I arrived in the other hotel. They said there is no reservation for me. then they found that i have a reservation. "
