"The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. "

"O hotel é excelente. A região onde está localizado assusta à primeira vista, mas é um local tranquilo. Fica bem próximo a estação do metrô. O pessoal é muito amável e solícito. O café da manhã é bom, com opções para um desjejum tipicamente mexicano. O banheiro é amplo e a proposta de ter pia, vaso sanitário e chuveiro em ambientes separados é excelente. Como sugestão, seria interessante possuir porta tolhas próxima a pia do banheiro."

"El servicio es excelente, lo único que no me gustó fue que la habitación no tiene una buena iluminación, es muy obscura, a pesar de tener varias lámparas. Espero cambien eso. Todo lo demás cuenta con buena calidad."

"The box beds are great, really secure. They also have lots of daily walking tours and activities. The main downside is you need the window open and the street is noisy. This didn’t bother me but if you need quiet, this wouldn’t be it. I loved my stay and would love to go back."

"We liked the fact there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, roomy and clean. It also has air conditioner in the living room only. The washer and dryer are located at the top floor and shared amount guests, so sometimes we have to wait to wash. The dryer did not faction; however, we were able to natural dry our cloth. I wished that there is no extra charge to clean room once for the guests who stay more than a week, just like us, I also wished that there is enough toilet paper in our room...

"Great location, just of the madness of the city. One block to Bellas Artes. Walking distance to everything, next to the Chinatown and Reforma. Great access to all types of food for every pocket. Great staff, slow elevator and good sleeping quarters, if a little noisy depending on the consideration of the guests. Mostly families and business travelers. Recommended, and I'm very picky."
