"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Very clean & comfortable room. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. It’s our first time to NZ, & glad chose this hotel. Convenient location, free parking daily, bed was comfortable, they provided complimentary tea/coffee/chocolate packets, & best part was the they cleaned the room well everyday. Will definitely visit the hotel again. "

"ホテルの入口から広々していてお洒落なソファや素敵に飾られた大きなクリスマスツリーが印象的でした。 エレベーターは4基あり、さほど待たずに乗ることが出来ます。 フロントのスタッフさん達は皆とても親切でフレンドリーでした。 お部屋は今回2ベッドルームでしたが２部屋とも広々していて清潔でとても快適でした。 リビングはソファに大きな丸テーブルのダイニングセット、キッチンは対面式で食器など一通り揃っていました。 アメニティはバスに備え付けのシャンプー,コンディショナー,ボディソープ、洗面台にはハンドソープ,ハンドクリーム,固形石鹸,綿棒コットンセット,シャワーキャップなどがありました。 タオルも吸水性が良く使ったバスタオルを乾かせるようホットハンガーバーが付いていて靴下など洗濯した物が直ぐに乾いて助かりました。 ただスリッパが無かったので持参をお勧めします。 目覚まし時計はなく、モーニングコールは電話でフロントに頼む形式です。 全体的に二重丸のホテルです。 またリピートしようと思っています。"

"The stay was absolutely fantastic! Bonus: Having laundry so accessible in the room was a life saver. When I asked for a harbour view- that is what I received. Absolutely breath taking view every morning. Other than an older gym than I imagined ….it still had views that were outstanding which made up for it. Thank you to all of the beautiful amazing staff!
