We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. "This B&B was absolutely wonderful! Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. All of the staff were so helpful and kind - can't say enough. The room was very nice. The balcony overlooked the Quattro Canti square and was fun to listen to the excellent street performers including opera singers. Lots of shops and restaurants wet close by. "The room was somewhat satisfactory but the b&b was surrounded by Garbage. Palermo has a very few clean areas. The highlight was the Teatro Massimo. It's location is good for walking but the trash everywhere makes it difficult."
