Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. "We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed.
