"Room was overall clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Pool didn’t work but it was cold outside anyway. Tub faucet runs nonstop in room 200. Curtain didn’t cover the entire window to block others from peeking in as well as blocking out the sunlight the next morning. We stretched it the best we could. "There were many filthy dirty mattresses outside right by the parking lot, the water in the pool was green and dirty, the toilet in the room didn’t flush, unless you lifted the lid and adjusted the flapper valve, they did not clean our room once despite asking them to and we stayed there three nights, they had no continental breakfast as advertised. "The property was a good value for the money. The breakfast was very good with many choices. Our room needed a little maintenance. The barn door handle on the bathrooms side was unscrewed, and our window shade couldn’t be adjusted. The room was spacious and clean. "

"The building smelled of marijuana anywhere you went. People coming and going were loud in the hallways. The bathroom toilet had a slow leak and needs remodeling. At least the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable. Only stayed one night and will not come back. "

"I would not recommend staying here. I had a room booked and when I arrived to check in, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked if I could change rooms, but the staff gave me keys to other guests’ rooms twice by mistake. After that, I was told there was nothing they could do to help. I was also unable to receive any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience"

"Breakfast items were great! Parking was very good. I didn't have a problem. On arrival, I wasn't impressed. The lady didn't seem happy and told me to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and the manager Karem seemed stressed and didn't welcome me or tell me about anything. I had to ask. Rooms need lots of updating faucets bad in sink and tub, door so loose on entry you could see light around them.lamp didn't work had to find cords and got some of THEM going. They have no place there thats in there picture, flat lie!! Have to ask for breakfast coupon for restaurant next door.They dont tell you that when checking in!!! OR GIVE IT TO YOU WHEN CHECKING IN..NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN,!!!!"

"Clean, air and heat worked good. Bathroom a little inconvenient when you have 2 people in a room with a lot of personal hygiene items to put on 1 sink. There’s An area above the toilet but not a place you want to store things and accidentally drop things in the toilet. Maybe having storage u der the sink would be a better place. "

"The property is not well maintained, cleanliness was not good at all. Furniture in rooms we had were stained and looked dirty, carpet was dirty granddaughter was crawling on floor and pants were nasty when she was done. My daughter n laws bathroom was dirty when checked in and asked for someone to clean it and they never came so she had to do it. I would not suggest staying there. The only good thing is the staff was very friendly and nice. "
