Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. Rooms have incredible views above Lake Lugano and it wasn’t an issue about not being located in the actual town itself, in fact it was a positive, with the hotel running a courtesy shuttle minibus down to the town and back 3 times daily. Restaurant absolutely wonderful with incredible food and wine choices. Bar offers an alternative more relaxed eating option either inside or outside on the lovely terrace. Would highly recommend."

"Location was good, right by a bus stop and a 10 minute walk up and down to Franklin University. One staff member who was a male at front desk was very friendly everyone else was fair. They advertise self service laundry but it is not available which was very disappointing as that is one feature of why I choose this hotel. Breakfast was ok, it entailed scrambled or boiled eggs, breads, yogurt, and some fruit and cereals. Loved the fresh OJ. Facilities inside are warm with no A/C expect in your room.
