"Excellent location! When you arrive at the train station, take the funicular down and as soon as you get off turn right- the hotel is in that back corner beside cafe Milano. Rooms were recently renovated, great breakfast, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect spot to look out over the lake. Nice rooms with a good breakfast selection. Close to everything and during our stay there was a free open air jazz concert close by that we could just sit out on the balcony on listen to at night. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"The staff were very friendly. Our room including the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Disposable slippers and still and sparkling water were provided with a surprise. Though the room was a bit pricey, I would still highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay with a walkable distance to Lugano Station."

"We loved this hotel ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh food, the pool was relaxing (although there was a lot of construction noise next door) along with the evening music. I would def recommend this hotel. But I have an issue with Expedia and cannot get through to a live person to discuss !!"
