"Such an incredible place. Enjoyed the spa at the sister hotel which was a beautiful 10 minute walk away. Literally right next to the funicular and a store where you can buy food essentials, souvenirs and hiking gear. The hotel is brand new and is impeccably clean. The restaurant is very good. Everything in Stoos is within walking distance—including the lifts to the tops of the mountain. If you stay here be prepared to love the tranquility and the sound of cowbells. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with amenities. The property has a great location but really stands out with the staff - every team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. A short walk to shops and restaurants, a beautiful lake view, and walkable to the train station (about 20 mins, easy enough even with luggage). Highly recommended and I look forward to returning. "

"A wonderful experience for this American and her daughter. The service was great, accommodating our arrival ahead of schedule while offering free beverages in the room during our stay. There was a restaurant in the hotel which offered a breakfast as well as dinner. The location was within walking distance from the train station. We were also located within walking distance of the old town, the bridges, and all the shopping we could manage during our two day stay. "

"The owner and staff were always easily accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. Quiet relaxed atmosphere 10 minutes by train from the old historic part of Lucerne and the train was free. My room looked out over horse pastures which was a great departure for the crowed noisy streets of downtown areas. The chef had over 40 years of experience and the dinners he prepared were delicious. Best place I stayed in three countries."

"We loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and the bed was wonderful. This hotel is right next to Chapel Bridge. It has a very nice restaurant. Walking distance to old town and boats for trip around the lake. We would stay here again. Enjoy!"
