Staff said that the name change and rebranding was meant to attract business people but there were no working outlets in the room and no usb or other charging outlets apart from one socket in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The place was much nicer to stay at in the past 15 years but has been let down by its owners sadly. "

I tried to get a hold of the host twice during my stay - once via WhatsApp re renting a bike and once via Expedia about bag storage - neither inquiry received any response. I’m very surprised other guests found the staff so helpful honestly. I had no interaction besides entrance instructions. "
