"The property is centrally located in Lucca, a walled town. The instructions for entry into the property were very clear. The units are on the 1st floor, but this is Europe and they have 0 as ground floor and there is no lift. Driving within Lucca is a challenge, but that is part of the charm. Characterful property in heart of Lucca. The staff were very helpful and quick to move us to a different room due to plumbing issues . The breakfast was good with a variety of choices . We were in good walking range to tourist sites and also very close to a very good pizza takeaway !"
