"The hotel was nice, the staff was great, what I didn't like was the noise of the doors. I guess the weight of the room doors are so heavy, everytime someone would enter or exit their room the door would slam. I wasn't able to rest well at all."

"My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room. We were very thankful to finally get some sleep but that was probably not the best call from the front desk clerk in my opinion. Why did we...
