"It was a good overall stay but i few things could have been addressed. Was there celebrating my wifes 60 th birthday. 1 i emailed ahead of time and also asked front desk to contact the hibachi restaurant to supply a dessert with a candle but they did not supply. 2 i requested 3x to have my room corridor light to be repaired a wirk order card was left in my room that stated the work was complete but it never went on. 3 after walking across the hot beach without my sandals ( my fault) i stopped to the tortuga bar and asked for a bottle of water and the bar tender refused to give me one, he said they were only for the rental cabanas. I had a few drinks at this bar the day before and the same old bar tender gave me water bottles and even accepted my tip.???"

"Everything was good We had a shower drain. Clogged bathroom door didn't close And in the bar pool area i got stung by a bee At the end of the vacation we call the bell boy to pick up our luggage i tip $5.00 when he picked them an another $5.00 when he was supposed to put then in the taxi but he just walk away and left them for me to loan them I didn't get he's name but he has curly hair and was sent at around 10:45 to my room 2215 on 05/15/2026 But he was the only bad apple"

"Been here multiple times and will be back in January for 10 days.Started off to rocky start because of an error on my part or expedia which ever it is was but whatever. But the staff I cannot say enough of how they just know how to make it all better. My most memorable moment was when Sandra that cleaned my room every day there. I got very ill for like a day and a half and she came to clean my room and I said please tomorrow. No problem. 2 days later I felt better and put my room together as much as I could cause I dont like to be messy at home or away. I had a bag of like 15 bottles of water and electrolytes that I drank cause thats what I do when i dont feel good. Sandra came to check on me to see if I was okay and needed more water or anything before her day off the next day! WOW moment for me as I am a traveler and have never had someone check on me like that. If she is a Mother or not she made me feel awwww. Ill never forget that and will stay at los arcos for now on. Also the fun bartender I'm sorry I don't remember your name but always great music and smiling and just getting the party started. In January I will get his name and write another. To all the servers bartenders in the restaurant and on the beach or by the pool and the rest of the staff the same. Thank you! Already on the flight home looking forward to coming back. Muchos gracious to all. "

"All the staff was amazing, Noe at the roof this attitude and attention to detail as impeccable. Room’s breathing taking with incredible views. Alejandro at front desk supervising that checkin was fast, all the concierge staff. We will be back soon. "

"Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc. I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky in general. Everything else about this resort is 5 stars! I would highly recommend hotel Mousai to anyone! "
